~  Current status of 24/7 re hours covered each day:

Mondays:     8

Tuesdays:    7

Wednesdays:    5

Thursdays:    6

Fridays:    6

Saturdays:    10

Sundays:    5

I thank God for each one of you who have signed up - nearly one third of the week.

I am keen to see if we could double the number of hours over the next few weeks!

Probably the best way is word of mouth - you speaking to someone you know.

Probably best to wait until the new year.

This is my usual HealNZ newsletter which I am encouraging you to use as a basis for prayer during

your weekly one hour.

·         Worship over the land of the abortion issue, land we are going to inherit

·         Worship exalting the Lord Jesus Christ, the only one who can bring the change we desire

·         Worship coming up before the throne to receive revelation and instruction about how to pray during '09

·         Worship Ps 37, and other scriptures - the Truth

·         Worship Him because the Government is on His shoulders.  Is 9:6-7 has come up heaps lately.

·         Worship Him for the finished work of the cross: the principalities and powers behind abortion will be dismantled.

~   COALITION FOR LIFE:

The meeting in Auckland, 10th Dec, was attended by 16 people representing various pro life groups. 

Some had travelled from the South Island.  There was lots of synergy, and the recognition that together we can do so much more than individually e.g. letters to MPs carry more weight when signed by all groups.

A really exciting development is a "Sanctity for Life" event, organised by Unity for Liberty, to be held in -

    South Auckland on 24th Feb, Shrove Tuesday.

Traditionally this is a day when pancakes were made and races run while tossing pancakes.

So an attempt will be made to make the world's largest pancake.

Pro-Life tents will be on site.  A little booklet called "All for Life", aimed for children, will be given out and children will be encouraged to gather the autographs of celebraties who are prolife.  These people will be wearing something e.g. a large hat, which will make them easily recognisable.  It is hoped that children will keep these special booklets and will refer to them later in life.

We recognised that this year there has been a big surge in interest in abortion and networking amongst prolife groups. As a group we need to hear from the Lord concerning which issues to focus on, and how; how to ride this wave of interest.

We felt that Truth needs to be proclaimed frequently, clearly and in many different ways:

    from research,

    via testimonies,

    about who is pressurizing women to have abortions,

    who are the counsellors who suggest abortion but not any other choice,

    in NZ, there are so many less under 34 year olds that could be supporting the aging population

    of this country financially through their taxes: this is a consequence of 400,000 abortions.

    that many women can't have gynaecological operations because priority is given to abortion.

    that Abortion is NOT OK.

Ways to connect with medical fraternity is important e.g.

    a blog for them to voice how they feel about performing/being part of abortions,

    who are the prolife midwives? they are often the last person to 'see' the baby alive,

    to encourage conscientious objection, for this to become fashionable, so drs/nurses refuse to be involved in abortions.

    so networks can be built

    John Paul II Fellowship, (Catholic) probably more pure in ethic of life.

Gordon Copeland (ex MP) drafted a private member's bill which was never drawn out of the ballot box. It aimed to encourage proper counselling, i.e. true informed consent, followed by a stand down period of 72 hours, during which the woman could have time to consider the facts.

    An approach is to be made to a woman MP to sponsor this bill.

The Abortion Supervisory Committee appeal concerning the High Court judgment in the Right to Life

    High Court case earlier this year, has been set for:

                6th May, 2009, at 10am, in Wellington

Please Pray about the above points over the coming weeks so God can shape decisions by this group.

~  FEELING YOU ARE UNDER SPIRITUAL ATTACK?

You could ask someone - maybe someone who is not involved in Whistle 24/7 - to cover you in prayer on a regular basis.

Or, if you know someone else who is involved in Whistle 24/7, you could partner together to pray protection for each other.

Attached is a prayer you may find helpful to pray aloud if you feel there are witchcraft prayers being directed

your way.

PRAYER FOR THOSE WHO ARE BEING ATTACKED BY WITCHCRAFT

Father forgive those who have been speaking or praying against me, or seeking harm or evil to me, especially those who are occultic agents.

Father forgive those who are jealous and envious of Your anointing and giftings in my life.

Father forgive them for tormenting me and setting me up to be controlled by shame.

I bless those who have harmed or cursed me.   I bless them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Father please bless them with Your perfect love. Father, I pray that You will bless them with the gift of faith to know that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, their Saviour and Redeemer.

In the name of Jesus Christ I ask You Lord to render powerless all the effects of occultic ectoplasm * exuding from all mediums and occultic agents which are affecting me, my spirit, soul and body.  In the name of Jesus Christ I renounce and revoke and I cut and sever all cords, bondings and mesmerizing subliminal messages between all mediums and occultic agents and myself, who are trying to set me up to be controlled into being shut down, undermined, to doubt and unable to see, hear or perceive.

In Jesus name I reject all the envious and jealous claims, conscious and unconscious, off God’s anointing in my life.  I ask You Lord to pull down the effects of occultic ectoplasm off my spirit, soul and body, and break the power in Jesus’ name of all spiritual powerlessness, blindness, torment, shame and shutdown.

I will not fear sickness (be specific) infirmity or affliction for…………….. because of God’s promise of blessing to bless me with healing and excellent health.  (Prov 3:4)

I declare in the name and power of Jesus Christ that all occultic agents have no power or authority over my gifts and my anointing.

I declare that Jesus Christ is Lord of my life through God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

I am anointed of God.  My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.  All spiritual giftings in my life are from God under the direction of the Holy Spirit.  These giftings are for the building up of the Body of Christ.  Therefore I declare, I am anointed of God and the gifts from the Holy Spirit are given to me as Your servant to minister in Your name.

(*ectoplasm “an emanation of bodily appearance believed by some spiritualists to come from a medium”.)

~  FINALLY

I pray you will have a blessed Christmas remembering Jesus The Light of the World, He who came to

bring light into the darkness of abortion.
